"Oh sweet"

Oh sweet is pure honey, and sweet red wines
And sweet are the berries fresh picked from the vines
But love is sweeter indeed
A lion is hungry as hungry can be
And hungrier still is the bottomless sea
But hungrier still is love's need
How fair is the rose so red and so bright
Far fairer the day in the dawn's rosey light
But fairer is love sweet refrain
Oh sharp is the tooth of the venomous snake
And sharp is the sword that the grim blacksmiths make
But sharper is lost loves deep pain
Strong is the elm tree, and strong is the pine
Stronger then both are the diamonds that shine
But love's bonds are stronger by far
The great salty brine is bitter to taste
And bitter are those who lose out on lifes race
But a love is more bitter when scarred
Justice and freedom to all men are dear
And others crave wealth and power and fear
But dearer by far to the hearts of them all
Is loves sweet embrace and her triumphing fall

Good flow from the simplicity and consistency of this one. I like the sound of "her triumphing fall".

"Update." Yes yes, I heard you. I'm working on one.
