College sucks

Apparently it's even expensive NOT to go college. I was just contacted by UST Financial Aid. That was disorienting enough, but then they start talking about my financial aid, and stuff I haven't done yet, and I'm thinking "Wait, I don't even go there, what's going on?" I told them I've withdrawn and they tell me that no, contrary to what I thought, I'm still enrolled in classes, still being graded (unless they have a hell of a curve, I bet I'm failing), and best of all, still being billed. Yay...
They tell me all this at like 4:45 their time, so I've had no time to sort it out before the weekend, and I get to tell my parents that because I didn't do everything I was supposted to do (though no one at UST bothered to TELL me this), they will probably have to pay thousands of dollars for an education I didn't recieve. Yay again...
Best of all, the number they gave me to call is a fax machine, and the one person I DID talk to told me I have to come into their office in Houston and fill out various forms. Anyone know where I can get a ticket to Houston for under $10.00?
